  • If it is an emergency and risk to life, please dial the emergency line and request for an ambulance.

  • You can call this number on a mobile phone even if the phone is out of credit.

  • Medical Emergencies include chest pain, choking and difficult breathing or talking, severe bleeding, fainting or unconsciousness.

  • Between 5 pm to 8 am (weekdays), Weekends or Public Holidays, phone us and you will be re-directed to the after-hours team who will be able to assist you.

  • This service is applicable for our enrolled patients.

  • You can choose to speak with a Māori clinician if you’re calling between 8am - 8pm.

Urgent 24-hours Surgery: Call   03 365 777
  • Service available for any urgent medical issue that you would otherwise see your GP for, as well as accident related injuries such as sprains, cuts or broken bones.
